City of Seattle v. H.G.

Charges:Hit and Run Property Damage.

Outcome: Charges dismissed.

Description: Client was on his way home and hit a traffic signal.  Client left the vehicle there and walked home.  Father of the driver came back to talk to the officer.  Father went home and brought the driver.  The driver admitted to hitting the signal and fleeing the scene.  Case was dismissed after 1 year upon paying a $250 fine and completed an 8 hour alcohol and drug information school.
